Both of my children are patients and they both love going to visit her!! For me that speaks volumes. Dr. Ortiz is always very through, knowledgeable and looks for the best resources for each individual situation she is faced with. I would recommend her to any parent.

Our 2 year old was very sick and she pin-pointed what was wrong while others speculated. Her quick actions led to our daughter recovering quickly. She is very helpful and informative.
