Dr. Sullivan did a fabulous job both times that I was lucky enough to see her in the ER. She quickly diagnosed my condition which was missed by two other doctors during pervious ER visits. She was kind, patient, she listened to me, made me feel like she really cared about healing me and most importantly she trusted me when I explained my symptoms (instead of assuming that she knew what was wrong with me). Thanks to her got the surgeries I needed and have never felt better. A+

In a most trying circumstance, Dr. Sullivan demonstrated kindness, and exceptional professionalism in initial treatment of Mary Lou's broken neck, and ensured that the specialists at the QEII had all of the information needed for their remote assessment, leading to immediate transfer and successful surgery.
