Wonderful doctor. I was fortunate, when I moved from Amherst to HRM that he took me back on as a patient. Very knowledgable. Excellent nurse as well.

Best Doc I have ever gone to. I started with him when I was in high school. He goes above and beyond to help teenagers. Very smart man to talk to as well.

Followed Dr. Mullan to Halifax from Amherst in order to be able to keep him as our family physician. Son would not be alive today if he had not had Dr. Mullan as his family doctor. He truly cares for his patients and is very knowledgable. One of the best doctors one could have and the office staff are outstanding! Thanks for the opportunity to post a review for him and his staff.... they are wonderful.
