Dr. Macfarlane is the best doctor in Nova Scotia. You tell her what's wrong she listens and then makes an effort to help you out. That may sound lame but I have been to so many doctors that do nothing after you tell them your in no end of pain etc. you could be telling them your going to blow your head off and they do nothing. Amy actually cares about people not like most other doctors, I think they just care about their pay cheque. I could go on all day but you get the idea. Brent Wambolt

As a nurse I am very picky about drs. Amy is awesome. intelligent and respectful. Very down to earth. Amy and the staff in the office truly care about their patients.
