Dr. Vats and his secretary are two of the most caring people I have met. Dr. Vats will persevere with research/tests/xrays/bloodworketc., until he finds the root of your problem. He does not give up and he doesn't brush you off. I would recommend him to anybody. If your problem is not in his field, he would send you to a specialist without hesitation. Super kind staff.
