A truly great surgeon, but lacks people skills. His staff are even worse. On several occasions, the whole waiting room has been forced to endure the sound of office petty bickering, character attacks on non-present staff, and other nastiness. On twice I've pointed out to his staff that they are annoying waiting patients and should shut up. A technician working in another room thanked me because she could hear them and had become embarrassed, especially since they were talking about her! Dr. Samad seems oblivious to such stuff.

His sharpness and manner in which he speaks to people needs to be addressed. Fix that fault and he is the complete package.

We are so fortunate to have a doctor with Dr. Samad's qualifications, and reputation in our Province. He explains everything in detail, and is very kind and caring.

good surgeon but very brusque; doesn't always answer questions; not very sympathetic or helpful about pain issues
