Doesn't return phone calls even after she suggested to call her. Poor follow up. Administrative staff in physical medicine do not return phone calls either. Very disappointed with follow up care.

Very busy and certainly worth sometimes long waiting periods. I am grateful to have such a knowledgeable and efficient specialist looking after my care. Thank you so very much, Dr. Short!

Totally wonderful in terms of listening and helping. There's sometimes a wait but other staff come in and do other evaluations, so it's not too bad - just be prepared for parking! First doctor I've met who actually wanted to deal with the symptoms of MS.

Dr Short was extreemly caring of my husband and now that he is at home,she still does regular followups. Her caring and knowledge have made our lives much easier, as we deal with a spinal cord injury
