This lady goes above and beyond. She is so caring and never rushes you. She listens to everything you tell her and never questions you. I am very lucky to have her as a family practitioner and would not want anyone else.

I love the fact the Dr. McMillan doesn't BS about knowing everything, but will FIND the answer. Doesn't delay about requesting any necessary tests or referrals either and is simple in her explanations to patients. No God complex here at all. Kind, caring and dedicated. We love her.

On many waiting lists for doctor for 7 years, finally I got Dr Merle Mcmillan, my first visit I didn't know if my doctor was male or female...Merle can be either, and I was just happy to have a doctor it did not matter, but what a wonderful woman she is...very knowledgeable adn concerned about her patients.

This is a new doctor for me and I must say I was impressed by her. She made me feel like I mattered to her as a patient and she seems to be a very knowledgable doctor.
