We don't see her very often but she always makes us feel like she knows us. When I have an appointment, she knows me by name not just by file number. She'll ask about my children and husband. She cares a great deal about her patients.

Dr Fragoso is a really great doctor. She really cares about her patients, and is very sensitive to individuals needs. She takes her time and provides excellent follow up. I'll be staying under her care as long as she is practising.

Dr Fragoso is one of the very best doctors I have had. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful at all times. What a refreshing change:)

Dr. Fragoso has time for seniors if they come to their office. She does not answer the phone even if the VON wants to clarify some problem that one of her patients with meds that she prescribed. One time I had visited her and gave her a printed list of meds I needed and when the new ones were due. I went to the pharmacy to see if they were ready but they weren't. I called and talked with a high and mighty secretary who would not listen and wouldn't ask the doctor. I finally went to another doctor and had my blood pressure med renewed. The rude secretary called me and said that Dr. Fragoso refused to see me again because I had consulted another doctor.

i have been a patient of dr.fragoso for almost 5 years now. I think she is a very good doctor. She listens to your problems and deals with them in a very professional manner. She is thoughtful and considerate... I would def. recommend her to others....

Dr Fragoso knows her profession and is very straight forward in providing information regarding medical condition(s). She is very kind and consistently provides excellent care and encouragement to promote patient wellness.
