DR. DE WAS EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE AND VERY HELPFUL WITH ME WHEN I HAD A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK AND STROKE IN NOV/2012. HE AND ALL THE STAFF AT CB HOSPITAL WERE WONDERFUL TO MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND DURING A VERY SCAREY TIME. THANK-YOU DR. DE H. DAY
