Hello Don….thank you so very much for your most kind words about our gardens as well as your exsiespron of sympathy upon learning of the passing of my dear husband, Gordie.Crazy as it might seem to you and to others, although I miss his quiet, physical presence, his calming voice, so very much, I do feel that my Gordie is still with me. Guess it is because everywhere I look throughout my house (no longer do I feel it to be a “home” without Gordie) and in our yard and gardens, I see him, feel him walking and working with me…since we were always together. But, it is so very lonely without him…You are so thoughtful with all your words, Don…I truly do appreciate them…and may I say to you, too, my Friend, how glad I am that our paths have crossed here in this most unlikely place…Misfits…which is exactly how I have been feeling for the past number of months..a total world misfit, having seemed to have “lost” myself. In time I am certain, I will find myself once again, greatly changed, I am sure…but will make a re-emergence into a much different “life”, God willing.Sending you my prayer for God’s blessings to be with you always as you travel along life’s highway.Take care, Don… and again, thank you so much for all your kind words.
