The most caring Dr our family have ever had, take`s his time and shows empathy and is very gentle and caring.We are very fortunate to have him. The one thing is he is really hard to get an appointment with, for a 2 week period.:(

Bruce is the best doctor I ever had. Just read the other reviews. They are all true. He takes the time to make sure the diagnosis is the right one. I believe Dr. Dilbert is the best doctor in NS, if not Canada. W

Dr.Silburt Rocks! I have been seeing him for about 8 years and he is kind and knowledgable. Great bedside manner and understanding and very comfortable to be around.

Such a kind and personable man. Dr Silburt will make you feel 100% comfortable and will always make time for his patients in need. He is very friendly, very knowledgable, and always finds a solution to your medical problems. I would recommend Dr Silburt as a doctor for anybody of any age.

Dr. Silburt has been my doctor for over 10 years and he is wonderful. He takes the time to know his patients and does not stop until he finds the root of the problem. He is top notch.

DR SILBURT IS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING DOCTOR I HAE EVER HAD. I AM 69 YRS OLD.VERY ACCURATE ON DIAGNOSIS AND VERY QUICK TO REFER PATIENT TO PROPER SPECIALISTS. WE ARE SO FORTUNE TO HAVE SUCH A CARING DOCTOR. KEN B.
