This was our first IVF cycle (unsuccessful) and we couldn't have asked for more competent, compassionate and respectful care from Dr. Hamilton. She is very direct and honest and sometimes the truth is hard to hear. She called me directly to explain the reasons for the failure of our cycle and was compassionate, but realistic/direct about our next steps. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and we never felt rushed. We are planning another cycle with her.
