During a recent illness I was referred to Dr Purdy ... I knew nothing about neurology until I entered his office and was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. He asked me questions and listened to my responses and then offered assistance with coping with my health. He involved my family and I knew we would work as a team, I was no longer alone and my family could have answers about my illness in words that we could understand and digest. We were coming out of the foggy reality that we had lived in and into understanding and moving forward to a healthy life for me. Dr Purdy and his medical team and administrative staff were nothing short of the miracle that I needed to help me survive my illness. His observations, demeanour, diagnosis, referrals, treatments, solutions and positive feedback to all my questions with myself and my family were professionalism in action. As I continue to improve I see Dr. Purdy and his team as my light at the end of the tunnel. Dr Purdy has my respect and that of my family totally and I thank him not only for his knowledge but I thank him for the greatest gift of all, his time with me and the help and support he has given generously to me and my family. In closing I wish to mention once again that his medical team and his administrative staff are professional and are to be thanked for all they do to coordinate appointments, medical testing, processing and delivery of results to patients like me.

My husband had an apt. with Dr. Purdy for a Neurological problem that has been occuring for sometime. We were referred to him by a local doctor in our town of Amherst. Dr. Purdy set us at ease, made some excellent suggestions as to what we could do re. diagnosing my husbands condition, went over MRI and test results. We found him to be very knowledgable, obliging and caring. The nurse in his office was pleasant - hats off to Dr. Purdy! The Cormier's (Martha & Gerald)

Dr. Purdy was very thorough and took a great deal of time to understand my migraines.
