Very helpful and caring. Felt valued and listened to. She checked back on previous history by looking up the chart and gave really good advice.

only issue with Dr. Jain is she didn't give me enough of the medication I needed and had to pay for another appointment to get another prescription. full total $100+ when it could have just been $25.

WRONG PRESCRIPTION: Doctor Jain is not my regular physician, however, she works at the clinic I have been going to for 27 years. I saw her to get a prescription renewed that I had been on for 2 years. The clinic had my chart that dated back to 1986. My recent blood test results indicated the dosage I was on worked perfectly. She promptly wrote up an inaccurate prescription for the wrong dosage of my medication. Had my Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacist not noticed that my prescription had changed, I would have relapsed, experiencing fatigue, joint/muscle pain, dry skin, depression, weakness and weight gain. With my records and test results in front of her, I can find no excuse for this error.
