I cut my hand June 21 2011 and showed up in emergency. After a relatively short time (less than 2 hours) I was stictched by Dr. Schnare. He gave me the impression of competency by his manner and this was confirmed by the outcome (quick healing, almost no scarring). I hope I don't cut myself again, but if I do, I hope Dr. Schnare is on duty!
