DR. APPEARS TO HAVE MADE JUDGEMENTS BASED ON CLIENT DUE TO THE NATURE OF HER PAIN AND BEING UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THE CLIENT IS IN NEED OF PAIN MANAGEMENT. CLIENT AND DOCTOR SEEM TO HAVE AN INTENSE RELATIONSHIP AND CLIENT NEEDS SUPPORT BUT WAS ALMOST DISCHARGED FROM CLINIC. CLIENT HAS NO OTHER DOCTOR AND THIS WOULD NOT BE GOOD PATIENT CARE TO DISCHARGE SOMEONE FROM A CLINIC BECAUSE THEY CRY OVER PAIN AND ARE UNABLE TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN A WAY THAT IS COMFORTABLE WITH THE DOCTOR. CLIENT IS ON MEDICATION LOOKING FOR HELP TO FIX THE CHRONIC PAIN IN HER LEGS SO SHE CAN LIVE LIFE LIKE A 31 YEAR OLD SHOULD BE ABLE TO. I BELIEVE THAT THINGS AND TEST ARE GOING TO GET DONE BUT I AM CONCERNED FOR MY FRIEND THAT HER DOCTOR REALLY HAS NO INTEREST IN HER PAIN OR PAIN MANAGEMENT. IT'S UNFORTUNATE THAT THE DOCTOR BEING THE DOCTOR CAN NOT FIND A WAY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH CLIENT. DOCTOR SHOWED NO INTEREST IN OUR CONCERNS AND CONTINUED TO RUB HER HEAD AND EYES WITH VERY LITTLE SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM. Friend and I had to request a cat scan, mri which needs a referral to neurology that has not happened yet. There are now doppler testing suppose to be scheduled. Client want to be free of endocet but cannot get through the days without them if they do not resolve why she is having so much pain. Client is difficult to deal with but as professionals it is our job to try and work with the client to the best of our ability and help them meet their needs by finding a solution to where this chronic pain is coming from. My rating for punctuality is that we waited for two hours with an appointment scheduled. Caring and helpfulness I did feel Dr. was helpful but it was not in a caring way. The secretary was great in trying to accomodate client understanding the struggles she has getting to new waterford.

she was very understanding and helpful.took the time to listen and give her knowldge on what was to be done..very nice doctor i am very pleased with her ..good doctor
