Dr. Chalati and staff have been excellent each and every contact. He is a very understanding and caring Doctor and ensures you receive consistent medical treatment and followup for all concerns. We highly recommend Doctor Chalati to anyone looking for a family Physician.

Dr Chalati has been the most caring, wonderful doctor. I have a troubled son whom many Drs have given up on, but Dr Chalati won't give up. He is also very patient and caring with me. Will always make time to see me and if he doesn't know the answer he will send you to the specialist. I don't know what I would have done without him. He goes above and beyound what he has to do and is geniunely concerned. He is a caring, concerned, patient and knowledgeable doctor.
