I ended up at the Emergency Care Department of the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre in Amherst, Nova Scotia on March 8, 2014. At which time my assigned care specialist was Dr. Beau Blois. He was very professional, straight forward & knowledgeable. I had been seen by 4 other physicians over the past week with short term improvement. I was suffering from severe allergic reaction which Dr. Blois treated quickly & effectively. He listened to my concerns & appropriate steps were taken to give me quality health care. His bedside manner was very pleasant. He also made suggestions on further health care follow up with a specialist. Excellent care provided.

I have not had a doctor who showed as much caring and who explained treatment in as much detail as Dr. Blois. He obviously knows his job as well as he treats his patients.
