Very punctual and caring. I always feel like he has time for me and gives me very helpful advice. He stresses how important a healthy lifestyle and diet are to overall health.

A "to the point" doctor. If you are fat he will tell you, etc. Gets it done. Short on "hugs" but who cares! If you need that buy a bunny! If you need in and out care from an honest doctor see Dr Pennell.

Dr Pennell is great. And when he is not sure he does not hesitate to send a patient on for further diagnosis. Very thorough
