He was very understanding and caring. Thank God There are Doctors like him to help us get through difficult times. I will be forever greatful for all he has done and what he will be doing for other in the future.

Met with Dr Rutledge on Monday May 9, 2011 and was so happy to meet him as he is definitely an angel sent to me (yet another one). He is very caring,knowledgeable, compassionate and has lifted my spirits 100%. Thank you to my doctor for recheduling this appointment so I couldl have had this pleasure! Jo-Anne Howlett
